The EverGRO FS Team is excited to announce that Mike Lemmonds has transitioned as Store & Warehouse Manager of our Louisa Farm Store location to Store & Warehouse Manager of our Orange Farm Store location. Mike started with EverGRO in September of 2020 and has 25 years of experience in the retail industry. Mike has done great work during his time at our Louisa Farm Store and we are eager to see what he accomplishes while tackling higher volume at our Orange Farm Store. His transition to the Orange Farm Store has allowed EverGRO FS to go to our bench for his replacement at the Louisa Farm Store.
Previous Louisa Farm Store Warehouse Shift Lead, Steven Gray, has been promoted to Store & Warehouse Manager at the Louisa Farm Store. Steven started with EverGRO in April of 2021 as a Part-Time Warehouse Associate and was promoted to Warehouse Shift Lead in May of 2022. He brings over 30 years of experience working in warehouses, Logistics, and Supply Chain. Steven’s promotion to Store & Warehouse Manager left a vacancy for the Louisa Farm Store’s Shift Lead position.
Zachary Huffman has eagerly filled this position. Zachary started with EverGRO in July of 2021 and quickly advanced to a full-time position in August of 2022. He has years of experience in retail and customer service within the Louisa Community and will be implementing this experience in day-to-day operations and merchandising The Farm Store.
