One of the area’s leading agricultural cooperatives, Orange Madison Cooperative, has changed its name to EverGRO Cooperative.
Orange Madison Cooperative will be known as EverGRO Cooperative effective – September 1st, 2022. The new name reflects the growing territory that EverGRO Cooperative now covers.
On March 1st, 2022, Orange Madison Cooperative and Front Royal Cooperative officially merged. Since then, Front Royal Cooperative’s two locations in Front Royal and Upperville have been doing business as Orange Madison Cooperative.
Given the current geographical area served by Orange Madison Cooperative and to situate the cooperative for possible further expansion, the leadership team and Board of Directors felt it would be appropriate to change the name of the cooperative. After 10 months of discussion, the Board of Directors voted unanimously to change the name of the cooperative to “EverGRO Cooperative”. In May of 2022, the cooperative membership committee voted to confirm that name.

EverGRO Cooperative has adopted the FS brand as part of its image upgrade with this name change.
FS is a trademark of GROWMARK, Inc., based out of Bloomington, Illinois, and is used by member cooperatives. This summer, EverGRO Cooperative became an FS Member Company of the GROWMARK System. GROWMARK is an agricultural cooperative serving almost 400,000 customers across North America, providing agronomy, energy, facility engineering and construction, and logistics products and services, as well as grain marketing and risk management services.
