Charles “Chuck” Spencer, Executive Director of Government Relations with GROWMARK®, will be our Keynote Speaker for this event. Chuck has more than 28 years of professional experience in state and federal legislative and regulatory affairs. In his current position, Chuck is responsible for developing, leading, and administering the government relations team that involved corporate legislative and regulatory activities and programs for the GROWMARK® System.
