EverGRO FS Agronomy is pleased to announce that Carter Bruce has accepted the position of Territorial Sales Manager.
Carter joined EverGRO FS Agronomy last year as a field applicator, where he quickly distinguished himself through strong performance, dedication, and a deep commitment to customer service. Effective January 4, 2026, he officially transitioned into his new role.
It is always rewarding to see team members excel and take initiative to advance within the organization, and Carter’s growth is a great example of that success. After careful consideration and discussions with several potential candidates, it became clear that the strongest candidate was already part of our team.
In his new role, Carter will assume responsibility for the Orange North territory, with a primary focus on Orange, Madison, Culpeper, Rappahannock, and Fauquier counties in Virginia. His previous experience in sales, combined with his hands-on agronomy background, uniquely positions him for success. This role allows Carter to return to sales—where he has prior experience—while continuing to support agronomy operations as an applicator when needed, enabling him to contribute in the areas he enjoys most.
Carter and his family reside in Rappahannock County, where he has established strong relationships with many of our existing customers and maintains valuable connections within the local agricultural community. These ties will be a tremendous asset as he works to support current customers and develop new opportunities across the territory.
Please join us in congratulating Carter on this well-deserved promotion. We look forward to the leadership, growth, and positive impact he will bring to EverGRO FS Agronomy as he begins this next chapter of his career.
